HF Ultra Low Noise OCXO for ground applications

This Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator performances ultra low noise at the level of - 158 dBc/Hz @ 1 kHz offset and
- 174 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset (noise floor) for nominal frequency of 100MHz. . With G-sensitivity at 5.10-10/g, and stability vs. 5 % supply voltage variation at ± 0.1 down to ±0.02 ppm and stability vs. 5% or 10 % load variation at ± 0.01ppm , this oscillator is mainly applied in Ground Based or Naval Military equipment, such as Radar and Telecom simulators.

HF Ultra Low Noise OCXO for airborne applications

Designed in 7-pin machined package with inner shock absorbers, this OCXO is characterized by G-sensitivity 2.5 10-9/g at 25 Hz offset (resonance) , 4.5 10-11/g at 100 Hz offset and 2.5 10-12/g  (E -12) at 1 kHz offset, and stability ± 0.2ppm down to ± 0.02ppm vs. temperature, ± 0.01ppm for 5% supply voltage variation a10% load variation. Combining with ultra low phase noise level down to - 158 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz offset and - 174 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset (noise floor) at nominal frequency 100MHz. with vibration and shock resistance in accordance to MIL-STD-810, this OCXO is perfectly suited for airborne radars and telecommunication equipement in harsh environments.
