Digital Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator

Digital Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator is a compact solution for Defense Ground applications. This DTCXO is characterized by +/-0.2 to +/-1ppm overall frequency stability vs. temperature range, long term stability less then 5ppm over 10 years, low consumption and aging per year from +/-1ppm down to +/-0.2ppm at 25°C.

Temperature Range: from -30 to +70°C, or from -40 to +85°C
